Description
In this course, you'll learn practical, on-the-job skills and tools for setting the tone for a healthy workplace, improving one's own mental health and supporting the mental health of workers who are struggling.
This course has six modules teach you the skills and knowledge for: breaking down stigma, managing stress effectively, spotting signs that others are struggling with mental health, influencing a shift in the workplace culture, having tough conversations, and connecting workers to the support they need.
Who should attend?
This course is appropriate for Supervisors and leaders.

The modules in this course will make reference to suicide and substance abuse. If you believe that the course will be triggering or traumatizing for you, please discuss with your employer an alternate way to receive this training.
The course includes unscored knowledge checks throughout the modules and one scored multiple-choice quiz at the end of each module (total of 6)
